Our Story
Intelligence Resources started when two colleagues realized most businesses weren't taking advantage of what AI could do today — and that gap might be one of the biggest opportunities of the next decade.
Hosted by Brittany George and Samantha Viola Wilson, each episode explores practical AI tools, real-world use cases, and conversations with founders, operators, and innovators at the forefront of change. From business growth and productivity to the future of work, we help listeners cut through the hype and discover actionable ways to leverage AI in their careers, businesses, and everyday lives.

Brittany George
Brittany George is the founder and CEO of HeR Strategic Consulting, an independent PEO and insurance brokerage serving small and mid-market employers. With 17 years across carrier, PEO, and independent broker roles, she has spent her career translating complex systems into decisions business leaders can act on.
She is also the creator of WellFunded, a benefits platform that turns employer premium savings into wellness-driven HRA budgets for employees.
At Intelligence Resources, she brings that operator’s lens to AI strategy: helping CFOs, COOs, and business owners understand what AI should actually do for their organizations, and building the governance to keep it defensible.
Brittany leads product, delivery, and client advisory for the firm.

Samantha Viola Wilson
Samantha Viola Wilson is an entrepreneur and business strategist exploring a powerful question: How can everyday people use AI to build smarter businesses, create new income streams, and reclaim their time?
As co-founder and co-host of Intelligence Resources, Samantha turns emerging technology into practical ideas people can use now. Through candid conversations, real-world experiments, educational resources, and behind-the-scenes lessons, she shares both what works—and what doesn’t.
Samantha brings more than a decade of experience in PEO sales, employee benefits, marketing, and business development. She is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at A&C Management Group, a licensed Life and Health agent, and holds a SHRM Human Capital Management Qualification Certificate. Earlier in her career, she served as a wealth-management Chief Compliance Officer and helped launch an early digital-asset division in partnership with Gemini.
Today, she is building a portfolio of ventures spanning AI consulting and automation, digital products (SG Design House), media and podcast monetization, ecommerce and live shopping, the She’s Going lifestyle brand and too many more to list!
Her philosophy is simple: AI is most powerful when it amplifies human creativity, judgment, and ambition.
